**DOWN PAYMENT**
A 50% non-refundable down payment is due to reserve the equipment. Your reservation is not complete until the down payment has been paid. If there is a delay in paying the down payment, we cannot guarantee the availability.
**REMAINING BALANCE**
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. You will receive an invoice email with a payment link the day before your event. If you need to adjust the quantity of equipment reserved, please let us know asap to ensure availability. The remaining balance will reflect any adjustments. The equipment will not be released if the balance is not paid in full.
**DELIVERY AND PICK UP POLICY**
The specified start time on this contract denotes the latest time by which the delivery team will arrive. If setup services are included in the invoice or associated with any rental items listed, the start time on this contract also indicates the latest time of arrival to begin setup. The start time on this contract does not correspond to the event start time. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the start time on this contract allows sufficient time for delivery and setup prior to the commencement of the event.
The specified end time on this contract denotes the earliest time by which the rental items will be picked up. If teardown services are included in the invoice or associated with any rental items listed, the end time on this contract also indicates the earliest start time for teardown. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the end time on this contract allows sufficient time for the event to conclude prior to the arrival of the teardown/pickup crew.
The delivery team reserves the right to arrive prior to the specified start time, with prior notice to the client, to accommodate all scheduled deliveries that day. The team will NOT arrive prior to specified end time, unless requested by the client.
The delivery team reserves the right to enter the premises where the rental equipment is located to regain possession of the equipment.
**CUSTOMER PICK UP POLICY**
If the client elects to pick up the equipment directly from Event Brothers Co. the specified start time on this contract indicates the time by which the client will arrive to pick up. The specified end time on this contract indicates the time by which the client will arrive to return the equipment. Any changes to these times must be approved by Event Brothers Co. prior to arrival. If equipment is not returned by the specified end time and the client has not communicated this, Event Brothers Co. reserves the right to charge the client a late payment.
**EQUIPMENT DAMAGE**
The client is responsible for all equipment while in your possession. Intentional damage, misuse of equipment, missing items, etc. will result in charges to cover the cost to replace the items. By booking with Event Brothers Co. you hereby agree that the credit card on file may be charged in the instance of damage, theft or any misuse. Event Brothers Co. will communicate any charges for misuse prior to charging the card.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
If the event is canceled, any payments received will be held for a future credit or can be transferred to a friend.
**Hold Harmless Provision:
The Client recognizes and understands that use of Event Brothers Co. equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities. Consequently, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Event Brothers Co. harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. The client hereby releases and holds harmless Event Brothers Co. from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of said equipment unless Event Brothers Co. operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. Event Brothers Co. cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. The client also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Event Brothers Co. from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contact and any extension thereof.
